ermm...as usual, before 8 a.m arrived..new weeks, new days, forth day already..:) work hard azah! u must do it....:)
fizie arrived so early today..ehehhe...ermm...kak wanie assigned us to do the key-in data again and again... but at least, i still had a work to be done right? not so bored if doing something else, not only by sitting at the desk and not doing anything...right?
i just did the tasks until lunch hour time, 1 o'clock...
after that, en.shukri gave us a new tasks... we had to go to the marketing counter at the lobby KPTM, stayed there and made a call for students who still active and not active ( yg dh abes stdy and yg akn abes stdy) and asked them when to pay their remained debt with college and also with MARA, if the number phone that being given cannot reached them, still tried to call their parents and so on...( dh mcm along kutip hutang laa plak..adehhh~)
erghhh..so hard to reach them...most of the students were not use the number given,ayoooo~
if i called the resident phone number, most of them, their mother who answered the called. then i had to explain everything about the debts and being scolded...huhu~ they said that they already paid the amounts, but why still called to ask for paid??? erkkk~ what to do?how to explain this situations??? OMG.... most answered i got were, "my daughter just followed her husband, aunty cannot find her"..."my son already studied at Ireland for three years"...and so on...bla..bla..bla...
the incident that i cannot remove it from my mind was when i called him based on the number given in the CMS, a woman answered...owwhh..that was his wife actually, then i asked her to give me the contact number of her husband, she gave it...then i called the number given, thank God, he answered...then i started to ask about the remained debts, then he scolded at me by asking "brape hutang saya?saya ade hutang ape lg ngn kptm?saya dh tinggalkn kptm bertahun dah,knape baru skrang nak call mintak hutang??" erkk~ and i just answered "maaf incik, saya cume ditugaskan utk call based on the lists yg sy dpat, kalo incik nak tahu dgan lebih lanjut, incik boleh call bhgian kewangan, bercakap ngn cik azila"...and then he replied " knape sy yg kne call, awk yg kne call...bkn sy...bkn sy yg nk kutip hutang..awk yg nk kutip hutang,jd awklah yg kne call sy..sy xkn call..awl ptot tahu ape yg sy hutang lg..."..."maaf,sy dri bhgian marketing bkn dri bhgian kewangang, sy hanya ditugaskn utk mengingatkan mereka yg berhutang agar segera membuat byran shja..kalo incik nk thu lebih lanjut, incik kne laa berurusan dgn pihak kewangan".."arghh..sy xkn call..awk yg kutip hutang..awk laa call sy"...at last, i give up and i said "xpelah incik, sy cume ditugaskan utk call and remind them utk byar, kalo incik nk tahu lebih lnjut..incik call laa bhgian kewangang ye?sekian trime kasih" and i hung off the phone...phew...so scary...uwaaaa :"( kne marah....xsuke nyerr...
another incident was when i called one of the number given, and maybe the number had changed the users, so the name supposed i called to was not in...then the persons who answered the call, just called back to me and asked "awk nk ckp ngn spe td?"...gosh, i forgot which one, too many number i called just now, then i answered "ermm...sy dri KPTM, cube call students utk mintak diorang byar hutang tertunggak...dan sy rase sy dh silap number nie incik,maaf ye"...then he replied "yeke...kptm kt mne ye?awk ni spe"...i said "saya azah, dri bhgian marketing, kptm cheras kuala lumpur"...and i so so shocked with his answered "owwhh...cheras,kalo cmtuh leh laa kite jumpe ye? hehehehe"..erkkk~ what the heck??? and i just gave the simple answered "maaf laa incik,salah nombor..maaf mengganggu...terime kasih" and i hung off..ahahhahahah :)) eeuuwww...so geli...gatal nk mampusss....
its hard for me to call them because most of the lists given, the number were out of date...only certain number of students that successed to reach to. and from that tasks, i conclude that its really hard to ask for paying the remained debts, and so so much behaviors and attitudes of people called human-being when we asked the debts. many reactions i got when called them and this will taught me how to control the situations and how to manage those people who got angry, who asked so many questions, who were 'gatal' and so on...this will gave me the great experienced in how to handle the situationss and also could improved the communication skills.
5.00 p.m: back..back..back...yey~ phewwww...so exhausted...
