morning~
as same as yesterday, got the duty at the counter again...should finished up all the list of calls yesterday and also did the data entry...arghh...call???again?? i did not want to do that again..huhu~
phew...kak gee (Norzee) before this she was at the HEP Department, but as certain conditions, she moved to Promotion Department...then she just replaced en.shukri's post at the counter because en.shukri had to attend a meeting. she offered herself to make the calls..yey~ thanks God!
so i just doing the data entry :) until the lunch hours.. :) but in the middle time, there were a few people who came to us,to ask anything about the programs offered and some just received by incoming called only. (dh mcm info kaunter lak :p )
lunch time at 1 o'clock...
continued key in the data until 5 p.m....:)
when got duty at the counter, we must get ready physically and emotionally...who ever came to the counter to ask anything, we must served them in a good way, no matter what, and tried to give them satisfied and very convenienced. even when answered the phone calls. tried to give the best ways.
5.00 p.m:time to go back...phewww~ at last...
